By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Sun State UAS LLC is referred to as “Sun State UAS,” “we,” or “us.”

Online Memberships, Checkout and Non-Refundable Payments

Payments for pet memberships, pet search services and hog services are non-refundable. For services purchased online, the offer and billing terms shown at checkout apply. The current offers below apply to new purchases. Previously signed case-specific agreements continue to govern those cases.

Eyes in the Sky monthly pet membership costs $24.99 initially, including the first month, followed by $14.99 automatically each month until canceled. Call (561) 562-4522 to cancel future renewals. The membership covers one named dog or cat and one search visit per membership year with up to one hour onsite. The included search benefit starts 7 days after successful enrollment and payment. A pet already missing at signup, or first missing during that waiting period, is ineligible for an included search for that incident.

Annual Eyes in the Sky membership is a one-time $100 payment for 12 months, with no automatic renewal. The same one-pet, one-visit/up-to-one-hour benefit and 7-day eligibility rules apply. Enroll in annual membership online.

Membership travel includes 50 one-way road miles from West Palm Beach. Beyond that, travel is $2 per additional one-way road mile, charged once per visit and quoted before dispatch. Additional approved thermal search time is $100 per hour. Optional hands-on recovery is separately agreed and charged only if we successfully secure the animal. Finding or recovery is not guaranteed.

Same-day pet search purchased online costs $400 for up to three hours onsite. Your pet details, last-seen location and time, contact information and access details are collected at checkout. Dispatch depends on weather, airspace, access and crew availability. Finding or recovery is not guaranteed.

Hog services are separate from pet membership. Same-day hog removal is $500 per hog. The $350 monthly hog plan includes one successful removal per visit, with $50 per additional hog removed during that visit. The property agreement confirms visit frequency, scope and billing arrangements before enrollment. Thermal property surveys are separately scoped and quoted.

Website and Service Requests

This website provides general information about drone services. A form, call, text, free search-area check, tentative time, or quote does not guarantee availability, deployment, a sighting, recovery, or any specific result. For separately quoted services, the applicable agreement and required first payment must be completed before dispatch.

Lost Pet Search Quotes and Payment

We review the case, exact last-seen address or map pin, one-way road distance from our West Palm Beach dispatch point, search area, weather, airspace, site access, and crew availability before confirming service. Your exact package, travel charge, total, and payment schedule will be provided in writing before you sign or pay.

Same-day pet search is $400 for up to three hours onsite, for eligible locations up to 150 one-way road miles from our West Palm Beach dispatch point. This replaces the former tiered search packages for new bookings.

No mileage charge applies within 25 one-way road miles. Beyond 25 miles, the travel charge is $2 multiplied by the one-way road miles beyond the first 25. This charge is applied once and covers round-trip travel. Travel time is separate from the purchased on-site search allowance. Same-day pet searches cover eligible locations up to 150 one-way road miles; travel beyond that limit requires separate written approval and a separate written quote.

Additional thermal search time beyond the included search allowance costs $100 per hour and requires your approval before it begins. Travel time is separate from onsite search time. An onsite session includes normal battery changes, repositioning and search coordination; continuous flight is not promised.

Online checkout collects the published service payment and your intake details. We confirm service suitability, availability and any separately agreed charges before dispatch. For a service arranged by written quote, the applicable agreement specifies the total, payment schedule and authorization for additional charges. Payment covers the agreed search service; optional hands-on recovery is separately agreed and charged only if we successfully secure the animal. Finding or recovering a pet cannot be guaranteed.

One Case and One Balance

Each search is one service sale, one case, one agreement, and one invoice or receivable. Booking, travel, arrival, added-time, final-balance payments, tips, and refunds apply to the same customer balance. The signed agreement controls any case-specific price, timing, cancellation, refund, access, and payment terms.

Search Limits and Recovery

A sighting and recovery are not guaranteed. Weather, airspace, trees, roofs, water, heat, visibility, access, equipment, and safe-flight limits may reduce, delay, or prevent the search. Sun State UAS provides aerial search information; the client or ground team is responsible for safe recovery unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Payments and Financing

Available payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout. Financing or pay-over-time options depend on provider availability, approval, and terms. Approval is not guaranteed. Optional tips may be offered with a final or closing payment and are voluntary.

Communications

When you provide consent, Sun State UAS may call, email, or text about your request, quote, agreement, payment, scheduling, service updates, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Changes and Contact
