Asset access and safety shape the mission

Infrastructure is a broad category. The target may be a building component, tower, tank, utility feature, retaining area, bridge-related element, drainage structure, shoreline asset, corridor segment, industrial property, or another owner-controlled asset. Each one requires a specific capture question, not a generic inspection label.

We review who controls the property, required permissions, site orientation, operating hazards, traffic, nearby people, airspace, electromagnetic or physical obstructions, stand-off needs, launch and recovery locations, and the requested visible or thermal viewpoints. The asset owner or responsible contractor provides site rules and identifies restricted or hazardous areas.

The service creates aerial documentation for review. It does not replace engineering inspection, nondestructive testing, confined-space work, code evaluation, regulatory compliance, load analysis, or asset certification. Those conclusions remain with the qualified professional responsible for the asset.

Do you provide an engineering inspection report?

No. We provide the agreed aerial documentation. An engineer or other qualified professional performs any engineering analysis, certification, or code conclusion.

Can you work around an active facility?

Possibly, when the facility provides a site contact, access plan, operating restrictions, hazard information, and a safe flight window. Some conditions may prevent or delay a flight.

Can imagery be organized by asset ID?

Yes when the client provides the asset list or labeling system and the required indexing is included in the scope.
