A sighting or recovery is not promised. Thermal cannot see through roofs, walls, thick trees, or deep brush. Hot ground, rain, wind, airspace rules, people below, and land access can also limit a search.
Same-day thermal pet search
$400 for up to 3 hours onsite- Eligible locations up to 150 one-way road miles from West Palm Beach.
- Travel included within 25 road miles. Beyond that, add $2 per excess one-way road mile, charged once per visit covering round-trip travel.
- Additional approved thermal search time: $100/hour.
Onsite time includes normal battery changes, repositioning and search coordination. Finding or recovery is not guaranteed. Dispatch depends on weather, airspace, access and crew availability.
Eyes in the Sky membership
$24.99 to enroll, including the first month, then $14.99/month automatically until canceled. Or pay $100 once for 12 months, with no automatic renewal.
- One named dog or cat.
- One search visit per membership year, with up to 1 hour onsite.
- 7-day waiting period after successful enrollment and payment. Existing or waiting-period missing-pet incidents are ineligible for the included search.
- 50 one-way road miles included; $2 per excess one-way road mile, charged once per visit and quoted before dispatch.
- Additional approved search time is $100/hour. Optional hands-on recovery is separately agreed and charged only if we successfully secure the animal.
