Coastal and city areas
Dense streets, roofs, trees, fences, and traffic may require a smaller search area and more ground help.
Call or text now. Your pet may keep moving. We will check the area, tell you if a drone search may help, and give you the exact price before you sign or pay.
Palm Beach County changes quickly. A missing pet may move through city blocks, fenced yards, canal banks, golf-course edges, wooded lots, farms, pine flats, marsh, scrub, or open fields. That is why we start with the exact last-seen address or map pin, not a broad city name.
We check the road miles, weather, heat, airspace, trees, water, access, and the safest useful search area. Palm Beach International Airport and smaller airports can affect the plan. Parks, preserves, private land, and gated areas may also require permission or a different launch point.

Wellington, The Acreage, Loxahatchee, and nearby land can include fields, canals, barns, brush, tree lines, and larger parcels.
Hot ground can lower thermal contrast. Canal banks and wet areas may help guide the plan, but water and heavy cover can also hide movement.
Send your name, best callback number, exact address or map pin, last-seen time, pet type, and any new sighting. A photo is optional.

Travel: No mileage charge within 25 one-way road miles. Beyond 25 miles, add $2 per one-way road mile beyond the first 25. This charge is applied once and covers round-trip travel. Travel time does not use your on-site search allowance.
Initial total: $400 + $2 × any one-way road miles beyond 25.
Complete your contact, pet, last-seen location and property-access details, then pay the $400 search price by card through our secure GoHighLevel / LeadConnector checkout powered by Stripe. Any travel charge or approved additional service is confirmed separately before it is charged.
Same-day availability depends on crew availability, weather, airspace, access and search suitability. We review the exact search location and confirm dispatch. Payments are non-refundable. Finding or recovering a pet cannot be guaranteed.
Also report your pet: Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. A drone search should support, not replace, shelter reports, signs, cameras, neighbors, and safe ground searching.
Call or text as soon as you have a clear last-seen place and time. A pet can keep moving, and Florida heat can change when thermal works best.
Sometimes a lawful plan is possible, but not every address can be flown right away. We check the exact map pin and airspace before we recommend a search.
No. Thermal cannot see through roofs, walls, thick trees, or deep brush. It may help spot a heat source where the view and conditions are right.
Text the exact last-seen address or map pin. We check the one-way road miles and search conditions, then tell you the total before you sign or pay.
Send your name, best callback number, exact address or map pin, last-seen time, pet type, and any new sighting. You may attach a photo after the text.
