What matters in Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie covers a wide area. The North Fork, drainage canals, wooded lots, scrub, open parcels, lakes, and large western communities can all shape a lost-pet search. A broad city name can put the crew far from the real last-seen point.

Send the exact address or map pin and time. We check the best road route, one-way miles, airspace, weather, heat, access, and the ground that can truly be seen.

Normal drive estimate: About 55–80 minutes. This is not a promised arrival time. Traffic, weather, airspace, crew status, and the exact address can change it.

Local conditions

A city name is not enough

Wide city limits

A precise pin saves time and helps us check the real drive and service range.

Canals and river edges

Water may guide movement, but banks, trees, and private property can limit the search.

Wooded and empty lots

Openings and visible edges may help. Thick canopy and deep brush can block thermal.

Three simple steps

Call first. Then we check before you pay.

1

Call or text

Send your name, best callback number, exact address or map pin, last-seen time, pet type, and any new sighting. A photo is optional.

2

We check and send the agreement

We check road miles, weather, heat, water, trees, access, airspace, and crew time. Then we tell you the total and send the correct service agreement.

3

Complete intake and pay online

Provide your pet and location details and pay $400 for up to three hours on site through our secure card checkout. We confirm any travel charge separately and confirm dispatch after reviewing search conditions.

A sighting or recovery is not promised. Thermal cannot see through roofs, walls, thick trees, or deep brush. Hot ground, rain, wind, airspace rules, people below, and land access can also limit a search.

Questions about a search in Port St. Lucie

Why do you need an exact map pin?

Port St. Lucie is large. The pin tells us the real drive, airspace, access, terrain, and search area.

Can you check a wooded or empty lot?

We may check openings and edges, but thick trees and deep brush can block the camera.

How much ground can one search cover?

It depends on buildings, trees, weather, airspace, permission, battery limits, and how wide the last-seen area is.

Does the drive affect the quote?

It can. Exact one-way road miles, the search area, access, weather, and airspace are checked before we give you the total.
